The White Room Event Space is available for a wide range of special events and celebrations including wedding receptions, showers, family parties, holiday parties, corporate parties, nonprofit fundraisers, galas, balls and networking events.

The White Room offers 6000 square feet of indoor event space, adorned with original locally made art, and comes equipped with tables and chairs and use of the red brick courtyard and adjacent green-space, (green-space for wedding ceremonies only).

The White Room is suited best for crowds of 75-125 but can accommodate up to a 150 guest count. 

2024 RATES:

Standard event space rental rates

$300 per hour of “event time”

(3 hour event time minimum Thursday - Sunday)

+ $200 per hour for pre-event “set-up time”

(2 hour set-up time minimum for events over 75 guests)

(3 hour set-up time minimum for events with an “extensive” set-up plan; decorative installations, e.g., balloon arches, chair covers, photo booth, special lighting, etc, multiple food stations, multiple vendors e.g., florists, DJs, photographers, planners, caterers that require early set up, other vendors that require early drop off, etc.)

+ $300 post-event “cleaning and maintenance fee”

To reserve a date at The White Room we require:

A 50% non-refundable deposit based on “set-up time” + “event time” + cleaning and maintenance fee” and a signed “General Renters Agreement”.

Catering Information:

The White Room has no required caterers.

Caterers new to The White Room are required to do a on site walk through at the venue to review logistics; parking, indoor/outdoor food prep areas, food service areas, special requirements, etc

The White Room is best suited for buffet style food service.

The White Room is ideal for food that is prepared off-site and brought in fresh and ready to warm with chafing dishes and serve.

For onsite food preparation (indoors and outdoors) catering services are required to comply with The White Room catering guidelines.

The White Room asks a $250 “Clean Patio Deposit” for caterers using outdoor grills, ovens, etc, that may stain the red brick with grease, oil and food byproducts. Deposit refunded if no staining has occured.

Decorations: wax candles, glitter, confetti, confetti balloons, adhesives, fog, mist and bubble machines.

Kids supplies: kids markers, crayons, stickers, throwing balls, etc.

Music: (Thursdays and Fridays) moderate volume before 9pm.
